Shipping Info
A majority of our items are usually in stock, and take about 2–5 days to ship. However, some items are made to order which may take up to 4 –10 days to ship. If you are needing your purchase by a certain date, send us a message and we will let you know if it is possible.

All orders come with full tracking, and are insured against the parcel being lost in transit. You will receive an email after the package has been sent, with your tracking number. Understand that a delayed parcel, is not the same as being lost, and a full refund will only occur once sufficient time has past, and Australia Post are unable to locate the parcel.

If the package is returned to us due to delivery being attempted, or some other issue, we will give you a full refund of your order, minus the cost of shipping that we have paid on the parcel. Or we are able to resend the package again, with you the buyer covering the new shipping cost.

For international orders, please be aware that custom charges may be incurred from your country's regulations, and the responsibility for handling these charges and researching them is on you. Please ensure to have all the relevant information prior to placing your order to avoid surprises from your local customs or postal office.

Returns & Exchanges
Buying clothing online can be a bit challenging, and we totally understand that. Fortunately, we're here to assist you. If the item is unused and in its original condition, we are happy to offer exchanges and refunds. ( When trying on your clothing for size and fit, please refrain from wearing fragrant deodorants or perfumes, as these can stay on the clothing and be difficult to remove. )

For refunds, please contact as within 5 days of receiving your item to organise a return and refund. Once the item is returned to us in its original condition, we will refund you the total amount, minus the shipping cost that we paid on sending you the parcel.
For exchanges, please notify us within 5 days of receiving your order, and then send it back to us. Once we receive your item back, we will post out the new item. Please note that you're responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us, and also the cost of us sending you the new item.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at artofzig@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case by case basis but, will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution for both parties.
Custom orders cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged.
